It is a comprehensive and holistic approach that looks at the bigger picture of your wellbeing and your unique bio-individuality. 

 

Optimal health comes from how we eat, sleep, live, move, and connect with others. Nutritional Therapy recognises the profound impact that our modern lifestyles can have on our bodies and emphasises the importance of nourishing ourselves with real, nutrient-dense foods. 

 

Stress, environmental toxins, sedentary lifestyles, and the prevalence of processed foods all take a toll on our health. And you have the fact that our current healthcare system is overstretched, with limited appointment availability, rushed consultations and an over-eagerness to mask symptoms with medication instead of investigating the actual causes of illness.
